Hey Spotify!

A friend of mine created a spotify premium account with my card details. he doesn't remember either spotify, facebook or his e-mail password (i know it is hard to believe haha).  i cant access his email or facebook or spotify account since i dont have the password either - i would like to cancel my card payments to this account and then the account to be deleted (next payment would be on the 13.02.2013)... what can i do? help would be appreciated (if you could send the cancellation email to my account?)

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
