Hi, my playlist with well over 1000 songs got lost the other day!
It's being kept alive by the subscribers though, but I don't have it myself, and I can't copy the tracks over to another list, because then the new list just appears empty.
Please help!

hi,
basically i logged into my spotify account and all of my playlists have vanished i had 100s of playlists now i dont even have one!!! also i no longer have an inbox tab either. my starred account has no music in it either, its like my intire account has been erased even though i have logged into my account. i tried logging in and out on both my laptop and my phone with no luck. i was worried someone had hacked my account so i changed my password and email on my facebook. everything is ok with my facebook account but i still have the same problem with my spotify. weird thing is i have my starred playlist only on my iphone but not on my laptop. im so confused?!?! WHATS HAPPEND? i pay for premium and cant make sense of it...please help

Sounds like you have accidentally made a duplicate account, if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get that fixed for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, I tried some tips already to recover my missing lists but nothing seems to work. Can someone take a look at my profile an bring back the lists?
Other thing is I can log in to spotify with my login jacek.maciag in windows player just fine, but that doesnt seem to work this way with android app. Why???

The username "jacek.maciag" does not appear to exist in the Spotify system that I can find, are you sure that is your username?

Hi i recently starting using my spotify free account again. I have been having issues with adding songs to my current playlists and to new playlists. I add songs to the playlists as normal and they work fine but when i quit spotify and reopen the new songs or playlists are missing. Another issue im having is that when i search for an artist, song, album etc i don't get any results just a blank screen in the middle of spotify.
Ive tried re-installing the program but it still has the same problem.
Can anyone offer some suggestions to whats happening and if there is a way to fix it?

an acer aspire laptop using windows 7
Can you add tracks to playlists (and add playlists) from the web player and they appear in the desktop client?

Hi, just added tracks and a playlist via the web player. I then closed and reopend the desktop program and where the new playlist is, it just says loading and i can not see any songs within the playlist. I have then closed and repoend the web player the name of the playlist has changed to loading.. however i can see the playlist

a few weeks ago i lost all my playlists after i had to connect my spotify account to my facebook profile.
My "old" account login was the same as my facebook login, so i thought they were already synced.
But after this necessary connection i had an empty account.
I tried all the things that are writtin in this community but nothing helped. (When I open my desktop account there is no option to log out of my facebook account. Customer support didn't reply)
Maybe this is a problem with a duplicate account???

hmm so i re uninstalled spotify completely made sure there were no files were left on my laptop. I then went to the web player as everything was how it was meant to be. so i downloaded the program again and it now seems to be working as normal.
I spoke to soon, it still wont let me search for songs, artists etc just goes to a black screen. My new playlist is still there and has all the songs i put in it.

the online player is working fine all of my playlists and songs are there and working and i can use all of the side bars.

so the problem is still happening with the software. but the web player is working fine so im just going to keep using that unless anyone has an idea of how to fix it. i have tried to redownload again and it still isn't working properly.

just opened spotify to take screen shots and it appears to be working properly again all playlists and sidebars have updated. Again thanks for being willing to help, hopefully it has now sorted it self out and i have no more issues. If it does happen again ill take screen shots and post them.

as I mentioned a week ago I have the same problem with all my playlists beeing gone after I had to connect my old account.
