Playlist missing

Hi, my playlist with well over 1000 songs got lost the other day!

It's being kept alive by the subscribers though, but I don't have it myself, and I can't copy the tracks over to another list, because then the new list just appears empty.

Please help!

Sorry @Dannysan83 - sorry your post slipped through the net earlier. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to check your accounts out in a little more detail for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

same issue but can't get anywhere with the playlist recovery link you offered.

get told I don't have "sufficient privileges"

anything else I can do

(Help in Spotify doesn't even acknowledge this problem!)
