Playlist missing

Playlist missing

Hi, my playlist with well over 1000 songs got lost the other day!

It's being kept alive by the subscribers though, but I don't have it myself, and I can't copy the tracks over to another list, because then the new list just appears empty.

 

Please help!

That is a long time! 😞

 

No worries my friend, what I will do is leave a note to the community team to chase this up for you asap but it will probably be tomorrow (pretty late here in the UK). 

 

That is the best I can do, but hopefully they will be able to get that restored for you.

Hey heimeg, that's all done for you - that playlist should be back in your account next time you log in. Seems I missed your playlist when I was recovering everyone else's, sorry.

I'm sorry.. I'm really impatient. But this list kinda means a lot to me.

This has happened to me as well.  I have logged in with my facebook credentials but cannot retrive my playlists.  After searching far and wide for a solution, I can't seem to find one.  I emailed customer service a week ago and have not received a reply.

 

Please help!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

If all of your playlists are gone then it sounds like you are logging into a duplicate account, there are instructions on how to fix that issue over in this topic

 

If you are still having issues, can you post your case number from when you got in touch (it is in the automated confirmation email) and I will see if I can get someone to look into that for you.

Peter -  thanks for your quick reply.  I've tried the duplicate account thing, but I can't figure out if I in fact have many accounts.  I don't think I do.  I was a user prior to the Facebook partnership.
