Playlists gone missing

Playlists gone missing

All of my playlists on my pc is gone. They are still on my phone though.

Is there a way to get them back on the pc?

Have you tried logging in and out?

several times.. 

 

On my mac the playlists show up only as loading. But they never acctually load.

My playlists have disappered too, I logged out of my account (I use facebook) on Spotify and when I logged back in, ALL of my playlists disappeared! Can you help me get them back? The only one I really want though is my 🙂 music (: playlist. Thanks.

Hi rainbowmusic - Ah, I can see what's going on here. It looks like your Facebook was disconnected from your account. A new account was created as the orignal one was then disabled.

 

I've moved those playlists back over for you. Just sign out/ sign back in.

My Playlists and stared files have somehow gone missing as well. I think I have the duplicate account issue that others have had. I have read the tutorials on how to fix it but it hasnt worked for me. I also sent in a support request a week ago but havent heard anything.

 

I know the lists still exist because I can see it on my blog but I cant access them in spotify

 

Please help, I have relized thru this that the playlists and stars are the best features of spotify

Hello moderators, this is Moto925 from the posts above.I was sent an email in reguards to my case 00678734 however I was not able to login to my Moto925(Community acount) to access my messages that were sent to me. My Spotify user name is Savage925

 

I was able to login to spotify with Savage925 but my playlist did not show up.  Please let me know what Login to use to acess my playlists. I really need them back.

 

The spotify logins are becoming so tangled up its becoming confusing as to what user name to log into. I now have 2 logins for Spotify(savage925 and [Snip-Email-SuperUser]) and 2 logins for the community boards (Moto925 and Beavis) Please make this one login system.

Just to let you know, I am going to edit your email address out of your post, best to keep those details private 😉

I would suggest you get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to merge all of those accounts for you. Since there are so many (it would appear) it is probably best if one of their agents digs into this for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
