says im in a different country??

The last few times I've tried logging in to my spotify it says that I need to update my country in my profile settings and am no longer able to access spotify abroad but im not in a different country! help! don't know what to do

Great! Now I PAID my Free month...

Why i Paid my free Month?! I just wanted to try it out and know I got an E-Mail which tells me that the transfer is done. I think if it cant'n be corrected, I wont use Spotify anymore after this month.
