Premium User Subscription Problems

I have been a premium user for over year now.  The day I got a mac book pro I installed spotify and my playlist did not sync.  It even said that I should "upgrade" even though I have been paying for premium service.  If I log into my account online it shows my credit card information.  If I go to my account from the spotify app it claims I dont have a premium.  Now it says on my iPhone app that I don't have premium.   

 

Can someone please explain why this is happening, and how I can fix it?

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview

I am using the online player and my playlist are there and everything, no adds.  This all started when I added spotify on my mac.  I was using spotify all day on my iPhone, and now its stopped working on it.  

And yes it does say premium.

Very strange, are you 100% sure you are using the same log in details on all of your devices? 

Its a bit of a pain but sometimes a quick clean reinstallation can kick things into gear for you.
