Premium not Working

Hi, my spotify is not working on my iPhone!! Just yesterday I was listening to music on spotify, but when I wake up, it says "spotify premium is required for on-demand mobile streaming" help me please!

Hi mrmohawk - Not at all, users never have to pay twice for month of Premium.  

 

You and GTL are having two separate issues here. As you're dealing with a specific Premium code please use our contact form. From there we can take a look at what's going on here.

Welcome to the Community! Looks like we've had trouble taking payment for this month, so your account has reverted to the free version. To get your Premium going again, you'll need to resubscribe.

Who's your Spotify Star?

Hi, I have the same problem. I've got one of these giftcards with a PIN code. I must have tried entering the code like ten times by now with four different web browsers. Says the code's invalid. I got this code a few weeks ago and I've checked the expire date and it should work. Is this a result of the same recent problems. I and bought this card in Sweden, if that matters..

That's right 🙂 the thing is I keep getting this ''The Premium code you entered is invalid. Please check that you have typed it correctly.''. The first time I entered the code I got through but the page that was supposed to follow couldn't be found. I closed the browser (on my android) and tried opening spotify again, as always. Spotify kept telling me I needed a premium account. I just tried on a computer though and it seems to work fine, but my android is still not cooperating.. I'm trying rebooting it now.

Actually, it works now after rebooting. Strange though as this has never been a problem before. I guess it was a glitch or something. I used Maxthon Mobile (web browser) for android. But loggin in from my PC seemed to refresh my Spotify account somehow. So now the premium account works fine on my mobile as well. Thanks for the quick answers Spotify!

I'm having the same problem on my android 😞 I just bought a premium card today and redeemed it on the computer but it's not updated to my mobile. Please help.
