Premium not working

Premium not working

I just signed up for premium free for 30 days and put in my credit card information. I pull up my receipts on spotify and see that it looks as if everything went through fine and that I in fact have signed up today for spotify free for 30 days and then of course they will charge my card monthly. Well now that I've logged into my spotify app to search and listen to music it says I am not a premium user. I have logged in an out 4 times and I am using the correct username not my email address. It's frustrating and disappointing. Can someone please help? And is this something that is a continuous occurrence when I do start paying for it after these 30 days?

I just signed up for the premium free trail as well, and I am having the same problems and concerns. I hope the 30 day count down doesnt start until we can actually use the premium features. ...
