Problem with paypal as payment method

Hi, I have problem with using my paypal account as payment method.

It gives me this error:
"Sorry, we couldn't process your order. This may be a result of your payment card or PayPal account being registered in a different country to the one you chose. Please try again or contact customer support if the problem remains."

I have contacted paypal, and they said that my paypal is registered to Norway, and so was my new account I created, and I have used my paypal to pay for my brother before, and my girlfriend without problem, but suddenly I can't use my paypal as payment method..

I have tried using the "visa" option, by typing my credit card number etc.. and it worked, but I would also like to use my paypal, because it's easier and safer for me
