Problems with premium account

Problems with premium account

The last few weeks I've had problemas with my premium account because everytime I try to do a search or I start playing any song I don't have in my playlists it stops, as if there was a connection problem or something similar, but the problem is not my internet connection. ¿Is this happening to anyone else?  ¿do you know why?

It has happen to me in different computers and devices but with the same account.

It's a pity to pay for a service you don't get

Hi cpbergstrand - Are you getting any specific error messages at all?

 

Also, it looks like you've made two accounts with us. If you follow the steps outlined in this post here it should sort things out for you. 

 

Then try signing in with your username to see if you keep having trouble. 

I know I have an old account that I no longer use (and I'd like to remove), for that reason I only have on premium account.

Most of the time it doesn't appear an error text, it's just like the programme crashed or as if I lost connection with the server and it couldn't work propperly so it doesn't answer to my commands.

Other times, the less, it shows te message "error 114"

First I'd try a quick clean reinstallation. If you're still having trouble, please be sure that Spotify is a known exception for all firewalls
