Removing Premium now

Hey guys,

I'd like to have Spotify Premium removed from my account now so that I can connect it with Deutsche Telekom, ehich, starting today, offers a Spotify Premium subscription via my iPhone data plan and won't count that data usage against my cap.

I have already cancelld the subscription, but I'd like to get it removed from my Spotify account as soon as possible. Normally I now would have to wait until 21.12.2012 (lol).

Hi Tobias - We can certainly do this for you. However, all queries to do with payments/ subscriptions need to go via the contact form. 

From there our payments team can lend you a hand.

Hey @temo You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here’s how:

1. Head to https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/
2. Under Cancel your subscription, click View your options.
3. Select a reason (select Other reasons if you're canceling for a promotion). Click CONTINUE.
4. Click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
5. Enter your password in the password field. Click CANCEL SPOTIFY PREMIUM (or UNLIMITED) SUBSCRIPTION.

Your Subscription page will now show the date your subscription will expire. At this point your Spotify account will return to the Free ad-based service until you decide to subscribe again. You’ll still have access to your playlists.
