Hello,
I could sync 2 playlists, about 60 tracks, and then I got a message "Sync offline error. Downloading of offline tracks failed. Maybe the disk is full?"
What should I do?
Teemu
Hey Teemu 🙂
I have moved your post over into its own topic to do some troubleshooting!
What type of device are you using? Also, how much free storage space do you have?

I'm using Nokia C6 mobile.
I don't know about the storage space (how can I check this?), but everything worked fine 2 days ago, until problems started...

I am not exactly sure as I am not familiar with that device, however you can normally check in the phone setting menus.
Do you have a micro SD card in the phone?

Yes I have a memory card in my phone... Problem seems to be that playlists will be saved in phones memory automatically...?
Is it possible jo save Spotify and playlists on memory card, and if it is, how?
Teemu
I am not really sure, is there any options in the settings menu of the Spotify application which allows you to set the offline storage location?
Since the symbian application is not in widespread use, I would suggest you also get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form as they might be able to give you detailed instructions on how to get things set up 😉
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello,
trouble solved, I guess... Card was defective, so I changed a new one and loaded everything again. Now all the lists work offline in my phone. Thanks for help.
Peter,
I am also getting the error "Downloading of offline tracks failed. Maybe the disk is full?" But I have 65GB free space on that drive. I then changed the Cache to my 2TB drive and still, same error. I have Spotify Premium and I use this service for my Wedding DJ business, which I have a gig tonight. Please help.
My computer is Mid 2009 MacBook Pro OSX Yosemite. Solid State 225gb hard drive with 2TB external installed and running like a champ.
Best,
Brandon
