Trouble Canceling Subscription

I am currently trying to change my payment method; however, I will not be able to change the info on my account until it is too late.  I want to unsubscribe so that I will not be charged for a late payment.  The main problem that I am having is that it says that I am signed in through facebook and to change my password there.  I did that and nothing.  I read some of the other problems on here and I have applied them to my account but they did not work either.  Can somebody please help?

Hello,

There are a couple of things you could try here -

* Log out of Facebook and then try the process again; or
* Try unsubscribing using a different browser - Google Chrome, Safari, so on.

Thank you for your reply.  However, I have tried the facebook logout as suggested by another post, then I tried to use a different browser, but it yielded the same results.
