Weird account problems

I logged out of my account today and later trying to log in. When logging in using my facebook account im told that im using spotify free and all my playlists are gone. Thought maybe the transaction from my account didnt go through so i paid again. Now if i log in using my facebook account i dont have my playlists. Logging in using username i have my playlists but i cant link the account to my facebook acount. What is going on? Did i pay 2 times for my account?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It does sound like you might have two accounts now, best thing to do is get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into your accounts and make sure everything is set correctly for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

It does sound like you might have two accounts now, best thing to do is get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into your accounts and make sure everything is set correctly for you.

Thank you for your repy. I have mailed support. 

I checked my bankaccount and money was drawn yesterday and when i thought the payment did not go through and payed again spotify took money again today. Well, something did go wrong and i hope it will be sorted out.
