Can I link 2 phones to 1 account?

I have a premium account, and 2 phones. Is it possible to have 2 phones linked to 1 account? If yes, can they both be logged on, and listen to music simultaneously? If not, that's lame.

This song, Toru Takemitsu – The Last Waltz, listed Lou Reed as an artist, but it is actually by Les Reed. Also there does not seem to be a category for reporting this type of problem.
