Solved!! My purchased MP3s do not appear in Downloads or in my C-drive

Hi I paied for 15 MP3s, purchase went well and money has been withdrawn but there is not a single file in my downloads library. The files are not anywhere on my computer either! What is happening? How do I get to them?

Why would you allow your computer system to take money from people
