Posting here because my request (Case #00230518) sent nearly a month ago was not actioned on. I want it changed to NZ as this is now my permanent residence. I don't have a credit card, so cannot do it that way.

i just paid for spotify premium and......

I cant get on to it, i tried the trial it didnt work so i thought if i paid for it it would work, i get an error 101. my firewall is turned off, what am i doing wrong?
