Solved!! Problem with the voice

Sorry this must be a very simple thing, but I can't hear my music. I can't find any sign to increase volume. What can I do? Where sould I look for a solution? I am user of Spotify for a long time and this occured unexpectedly.

unable to navigate the spotify

I AM INTERETED IN PRIMARILILY IN CLASSICAL MUSIC. HOW DO I GET TO THE CATALOGUE AND THEN NAVIGATE IT TO THE CATEGORY i WANT? I SEE NO COMPREHENSIBLE GUIDE HOW TO DO IT.

Can't access my Spotify!

I can open up Spotify, and log in. However then I have "Spotify Loves Social" pop up. The item doesn't load properly, and if I click the "x" to close it, Spotify itself shuts down too. This has been going on for a while now. Help?
