I just upgraded my acount to premium about a hour ago on my galaxy nexus and it will not let me stream songs still, is there a time frame when it will change? I bought it just for the mobile use and it will not recognize my premium acount. I have logged in and out and tried reinstalling

Hey guys 🙂 

 

From the amount of posts on the community tonight, it appears there is a delay between accounts being upgraded and those subscriptions being recognised on your devices. Fingers crossed it is just a temporary slowdown and things will return to normal soon. Keep try logging out and back in again.

I am having the same problem. Also tried restarting my device, logging in and out and reinstalling app.

Do you have any contact info for customer service. all they seem to have here is this blog. the answer is the same for everyone here- log in and out but the solution does not work. should have taken my money else where
