need help!

I can't listen to my playlist because it says I have to pay for premium when I already have it...my card was just charged and it was processed! How do I fix this?

i have this exact same problem. i am charged $9.99 per month for the past 6 months - now i am told i cannot use premium as my 'free subscription has expired'. 

 

please fix

thanks for the quick reply. but the solution does not work. i logged out, then back in. same problem. what am i doing wrong, or is there some issue on your end?

Hi reed9knoll - It doesn't appear you've followed those steps through to completion. 

 

Please sign in with your 'thereedz' username first. Be sure not to use your email. 

 

Once you're logged in, link that account to Facebook via your Preferences Page: Edit > Preferences (in Windows) or Spotify > Preferences (in Mac)
