how can i get username and password to log in too spotify on onkyo???? i cant not use my facebook password

It can take up to 48 hours for those emails to arrive (no idea why) so give it a little time! Also be sure to log into your mail online and have a look in your spam/junk folders incase it got filtered out. 

If it doesn't arrive, normally it means you have more than one account registered with that email address (its easy to do!) but if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can ping you one of those emails manually.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
