I just bought spotify premium for 12 months at the store, I got a receipt with the code on it, but when I try to enter it this message comes up "The Premium code you entered is invalid. Please check that you have typed it correctly." It is typed correctly with both the capital letters and the small letters.
I just spent a lot of money on this! please help!

Never mind, copied the code, refreshed the site and pasted it in again. This worked for me, anyone having the same problem should try this 😄

I have purchased a 12 month Spotify premium voucher from my employer. When I try to "redeem" the code it says "It appears you already have Spotify Premium or Unlimited. Unfortunately you cannot redeem a code in combination with this type of subscription. Please contact Customer Service for help." I have 1 day left on my "Unlimited" account and cancelled it yesterday. Please advise what I need to do? Thanks!
