Right now it can take up to 30 min from submitting the order to receiving the email. If it has been more than that, check the junk/spam folder to see if the system stored it there.
Also, it's worth checking other different email addresses in case you've set a different one during the order.
In case the issue persists, since we don't have access to users accounts, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support and asking them to be transferred to the Car Thing team so they can confirm the order and help you further.
