They say that music is what feelings sound like. In the Spotify Stars Program, our community is much like a perfectly tuned harmony, made up of different notes, rhythms, and voices that come together to create something extraordinary. It isn't just about the tasks we do; it’s about the shared pulse that keeps us moving forward.
Every year since 2021, we take a week to amplify the core values that define us. As we wrap up VALUES WEEK 2026, it’s time to take a look back at the highlights of this incredible journey.

Monday: The Rhythm of RESPECT
We kicked off the week with a huge milestone: celebrating 6 years of the program and our 6 core values. To mark the occasion, a special banner took over the Community, setting the stage for a week of celebration. We started by putting Respect center stage. Our Moderator @Ivelina invited us to build a collective soundtrack, sharing tracks like Harry Styles’ "Treat People With Kindness" and Michael Jackson’s "Heal The World", reminding us that respect is the baseline for everything we build here.
Tuesday: A Chain of INCLUSION
On Tuesday, we turned up the volume on Inclusion with a Song Chain challenge led by @Joan. The rules were simple but required us to listen closely to one another: every new song had to start with the last letter of the previous one. From "Qwerty" to "Dynamite", we saw how every contribution, no matter how small, is vital to keeping the chain (and our community) strong. It was a beautiful metaphor for how we embrace every unique voice in our constellation.
But the day grew even more inspiring with a very special guest, Amelie, one of the amazing Spotify Bandmates! Many of us remember her from the Star Jam in Stockholm, and having her back for a virtual call was a true highlight. We dived into a relaxed, interactive chat about the importance of Curiosity. Amelie reminded us that being a Star means always wondering “why,” “how,” and “what if.” It was a session fueled by high Star energy, encouraging us all to ask the right questions and keep learning together.
Wednesday: Lending a Hand and Crowning Beans
Midweek was a double feature of Support and Teamwork. During the day, we focused on the power of collaboration and how being a Star means never having to solve a problem alone. Whether it was helping a peer in the forums or sharing knowledge behind the scenes, we proved that we definitely go further together.
For some public laughs, we hosted a Misheard Lyrics game—sharing those hilarious moments when you realize you've been singing the wrong words for years! And of course, the energy peaked in the evening with our Fall Guys Game Night, that was hosted by @ThePodfather. Between the obstacle courses and the Google Meet banter, we proved that while we might be "beans" in the game, we are a powerhouse team in real life!
Thursday: Decoding the FUN
Thursday was pure Fun! @Nikola challenged our musical IQ with a "Guess the Song with Emojis" game. Seeing everyone scramble to identify hits like "Hotel California" or "Dancing Queen" hidden behind a string of icons brought a lot of laughter to the community. It reminded us that while we take our roles seriously, we never lose the joy of being music fans first.
The excitement reached a whole new level with our very first Music Video Viewing Party! Hosted by @osornios, we gathered to enjoy a curated selection of videos that brought the full power of music to life visually. It was a cinematic experience made even more special because the playlist was built by the community, featuring your favorite MVs submitted throughout the week.
Friday: Reflection and RESPONSIBILITY
To close the week with intention, we shifted our focus to Responsibility. The "Question of the Week", by @tunedIN, sparked deep conversations: "What song represents one of our values for you, and why?" Seeing tracks like Jason Mraz’s "Look For The Good" shared alongside personal stories of accountability and growth showed the maturity and heart of our program. Responsibility isn't just a duty; it's the commitment we make to keep this space safe and welcoming for everyone.
We also had a fun twist: a "2 Truths, 1 Lie" discussion thread, by @Joan that kept everyone guessing about each other.
Weekend: The Ultimate SUPPORT
To close out the week, we focused on Support. To show our appreciation for everyone’s hard work, the whole community enjoyed Double Points all through Saturday and Sunday! It was the perfect incentive to keep the momentum going and help even more users.
A massive thank you to the community managers, moderators, and every single Star who participated. You are the reason this community has such a beautiful melody. Let’s keep these values playing on repeat all year long! 🥂✨
