The Album of KISS “Alive II” is not as an Album on Spotify registered but only as Playlist with only some tracks, could someone tell me why?

The link you provided is from the double album Alive II from Kiss (remastered version).

Some songs are not available because this availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

But since new content is added to Spotify every day, those missing songs may reappear soon.

Meanwhile you can try to reach the artists through their social media channels!
