How often does Spotify update its artist biographies from Rovi/Tivo?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

While bios used to come from Rovi in the past, they're now replaced by custom curated ones that every artist can add in Spotify for Artists.

If a bio is outdated, the artist can claim their profile and update it with the latest info.

Artist self-written bios are self-aware and self-promoting drivel. They almost uniformly ignore any objective information about their place in music history, tend to overstate their impact, and typically forget prior lineups and even seminal works if created by non-current members. They are objectively horrible and largely unhelpful and uninformative. Bring back third party written bios and let the artists promote themselves in a separate "From the Artist" section. Anything not remaining from the Rovi days is a disservice to artist discovery.
