To check on this further, it would be great having more details about the behavior you're reporting. So we'd recommend including the following info in your next response.

• Where are you checking this crashed info? Is it within the Spotify app, an API, a third party app?
• The make, model, and OS version of your device.
• If you're using the app, include the Spotify version you're currently running

Lastly and if possible, could you record a short video where we can take a better look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to watch it).
