 I know they're likely to be one of the last holdouts in the independent label sphere, but man, I wish their full back catalogue was available on Spotify. Will Oldham, The Silver Jews, Bill Callahan, Jim O'Rourke, Joanna Newsom...all great acts. Anyone else feel the same way? Personally this is probably the most significant holdout from Spotify for me: the past month, I've been on YouTube entirely too much, mainly due to these artists.

Absolutely agree with this. The entire Smog back catalogue would be incredible. It's such a pain having to upload cds to my laptop, and then having to transfer it to my player...

Espers too! I own every single record from Joanna Newsom and Espers which came with digital copies which I uploaded to Google Music Library, which is what I have to use when I want to hear Joanna Newsom or Espers. I wish I could add them to my Spotify playlists though, as that is the main way that I listen to music.
