My Question or Issue

My home screen is not updating. My recently played is accurate, but the shortcuts at the top of the home page have not updated in the last 3-4 months. Because this section has not updated, my recommendations and blend playlists are filled with old music that I no longer listen to (most annoyingly, Christmas music).

I tried logging out/back in, rebooting my phone, clearing the cache, and uninstalling/reinstalling the app with no luck. The issue is the same across all devices that I use Spotify. How can I fix this??

This seems to be a known issue as it is listed as an ongoing issues thread, which can be found here. I see that in that post they also suggest to restart your router and try it on a different network. 

 

Do you also have this issue when you're connected to a hotspot/4G network ?
