My Question or Issue

Hey everyone, thanks for reading. It turns out that I have an artist in my Time Machine that I've been listening to for at least a year. However, the 'Time Machine' feature states he has been in the Top 5 for 'six months'. Since July, Spotify has been reporting 'six months in the top 5,' but it has actually been more than six months that he's been at that 'six months in the top 5' status.

Could you let me know if you're referring to the top artists in Your Sound Capsule?

 

Also, is this the first time you noticed this with an artist? If so, can you log out and log back in to your account twice in a row to trigger a sync between your account and device?
