Nujabes Modal Soul Removed

Just a day or two ago I was able to listen to Nujabes's Modal Soul album, but now it's removed from Spotify. Is there a reason why this happened?

Looks like majority of this album is currently unavailable.

While Spotify would love to make all and every tune available for listening, availability of some content might vary in time and regions depending on various reasons, such as permissions from rightsholders.

Hopefully this album will return to Spotify in full soon!

I wish there was more information regarding the music right's status. I'm an avid Nujabes listener and it guts me to have Modal Soul removed. It'd be even cooler if they managed to get the Departure Album he did for Samurai Champloo available in the U.S. as well. For now, we'll have to wait it out and keep an eye for any news.
