Offline schalten

Hallo zusammen,

ich weiß nicht, ob ich hier richtig bin. Ich habe eine Frage zum Thema "offline hören". Muss ich wenn ich die auf "offline" gestellten Playlists außerhalb meines Wlan´s hören möchte immer unter "Einstellungen" --> "Wiedergabe" den Schieber auf "offline" schalten oder kennt das Programm automatisch, dass die Playlist auf dem Handy ist und holt sich die Songs von dort?

Es ist schon recht umständlich, immer wenn ich raus gehe auf "offline" umzuschalten. Damit möchte ich aber vermeiden, dass Spotify sich die Songs die ja eigentlich auf dem Handy sind (IOS) trotzdem aus dem Netz zieht und damit mein Volumen drauf geht.

Ich hoffe, ich habe mich einigermaßen verständlich ausgedrückt.

Hey @AndreasG! Willkommen in der Spotify Community. ^^

Wenn du in der App Online bist aber Offline Playlisten hörtst nutzt Spotify ein bisschen Datenvolumen, da es deine gespielten Songs an den Server weiterleitet.

Um wirklich sicher zu gehen das Spotify kein Volumen verbraucht würde ich Spotify im Offline Modus benutzen. ^^

Wie kann es dann sein, dass wenn ich offline gehe(Premium) dass ich nen ganzen teil meiner Musik aus der Blibliothek nicht hören kann?

Hey @WillyHuss92!  Willkommen in der Spotify Community. ^^

Das könnte daran liegen, dass diese Songs in keiner Playlist sind die gedownloadeted wurde. Probier mal aus, diese Songs in eine von deinen gedownloadeten Playlist hinzuzufügen.

Es könnte aber auch daran liegen, dass du das Limit von 9.999 Songs erreicht hast. ^^

Interessant, bei mir ist es andersrum. Die App auf meinem PC behauptet immer ich wäre offline. Allerdings nur dann, wenn ich eine Wiedergabe starten will. Ich kann Titel suchen, zur Playlist hinzufügen - nur nicht abspielen. Dann bin ich auf einmal offline.

Laut Fehlermeldung soll ich dann den Offlinemodus beenden, was allerdings nicht geht.

Ich würde gerne online schalten🤔.

Bin nur froh, dass ich diese Software noch nicht abboniert hab.

Thank you for your reply in this thread.

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, we recommend that you remove all lines from your hosts file by following the steps bellow:

• For windows:

1. Open Notepad as an administrator (right-click - Open as Administrator)
2. go to File - Open and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
3. Choose "All Files" instead of "Text Documents" next to the File Name box. You'll see a handful of files. Pick hosts and click on Open
4. When the file is open, you will see a block of text with # in front of each line and might see entries like 0.0.0.0 website.com127.0.0.1 website2.com
5. Check for any entries with Spotify in the address. Examples may look like: 0.0.0.0 weblb-wg.gslb.spotify.com0.0.0.0
6. If you do find any lines with Spotify, please remove them
7. Save your changes and restart Spotify

• For Mac:

1. Open Finder and, in Finder’s menu bar, select Go > Go to Folder. In the box, type the following location: /private/etc/hosts and press return
2. A new Finder window will open and your Mac’s hosts file will be selected. Click and drag it out of the Finder window and drop it on your desktop
3. To open it, simply double-click and it will display the file’s contents in TextEdit 
4. Check for any entries with Spotify in the address
5. If you do find any lines with Spotify, please remove them
6. Save your changes and restart Spotify
