Pencey Prep

Pencey Prep

I live in the UK and I cannot seem to find Heartbreak in Stereo by Pencey Prep on Spotify in the UK. It appears to be on the American Spotify, but I was wondering why it's not available in the UK and if it could be possible to get it in the UK? Thank you

Hey,

Spotify need permission from the artists to use their songs on Spotify, they may not have permisison, you can read more about that here:

https://support.spotify.com/uk/using_spotify/search_play/content-missing/

it's also not on America Spotify anymore either

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.

Spotify wants all the world's music, and they're working hard on making this happen for you. However sometimes agreements can't be reached with the artist or label or a change may happen in music ownership. Sometimes the music is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others. Sometimes the album or song will be unavailable temporary, and come back again later. Also the song/album can be removed from Spotfiy at the request of the artist. In the end the available is up to the artists and the music label.

The songs/albums will still be shown in your playlists so you can keep track of them, but they will be greyed out and unplayable. Make sure to go in settings and check for the setting that shows unavailable songs.
