Problem with getting an account back

My Question or Issue

So, i had an account on ps4 and it got banned, and now i cant access my old spotify account because i forgot the infos of it. (email password and username) because of it and i had to create a new one but ive always wanted it back. If theres a way of getting back, example: naming a specific order of songs liked on the account and telling me a part of the liked songs to see if its mine. What matters most is not the account but the songs in it, just naming them is good enough.
