Random Playlist enter my Spotify

Everytime im trying to listen to music random playlist start playing on my phone and i have no clue how to stop it

That's not cool!
Don't worry, let's try this:

go to your Spotify account page, scroll down a bit and click on a button that says 'Sign out everywhere'.

Then you should reset your password. This article shows how it's done.

This should eliminate someone else's access to your account.
(Only one person can use the account at once. If someone else uses it at the same time, one will have their playback interrupted.)

Didnt work. Its random playlist made by other users and it keeps playing cause its recomended or something. its annoying to have to delete and unfollow every single playlist that enter my spotify.

Hmm...
Maybe turning off the Autoplay feature could cure the issue? This article explains what Autoplay is, and how to locate the setting.
