Shuffle by Album rather than Song

My Question or Issue

I like listening to full albums, so i have a playlist that includes all of my favourite albums (that spotify has). 

i tried to google this but i didnt find any results so decided to ask a dedicated question. Is there any way to shuffle play the playlist but keep each album together, ie essentially have it shuffle the order of albums, rather than shuffling all the songs

No, the shuffle will mix up the playlist even if it consists of one album's tracks.

I suppose the closest to get what you wish to achieve is making use of playlist folder with all albums put in it as separate playlists. The thing is, the sorting options for the folders seem to be available on mobile only, and there is no option for randomizing.
Mobile app offers to sort the folder by last played, last added, alphabetically, by creator and in custom way, which means the order you have made and rearranged the playlists.

I would probably just queue full albums for playback. 🙂
