Spotify premium doesn’t work

I’ve bought spotify premium with 3 free months. I got the reciept and in my account i got the invoice, but my account is not getting premium. I still can buy premium but without the 3 months free. I’ve tried logging out and in again, and it doesn’t work, i have waited a whole day, but it still says that i have a free subscription.

It'd be good for you to check your card is enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. The best way to do so is to to get in touch with your bank or credit company.
