My Question or Issue

- We own the legal Trademark/IPO of a world-famous DJ.

- Filled out the Legal Claim form for an unauthorized scheduled release on the artist page of the DJ.

- Requested a take down from copyrighted material before it was released.

- Copyrighted material was released by the unauthorized artist.

- We asked the artist personally to remove the material, agreed, but did not comply.

- After more than 4 days, the material was removed by Spotify.

- We want this to never happen again, since it is a criminal act.

What can Spotify do? What can we do to avoid distribution of not only copyrighted material, but also people using big artist names to release their tracks?
