Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don't mind us replying in English. 

Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

If that doesn't do the trick, let us know the OS version and the Spotify version currently running on your phone.
