[iOS][Playlists] Release Radar should not include songs wrongly tagged to artists

Over the past 6 months, my Release Radar quality has degraded considerably, as songs that are improperly tagged to artists I love are added to my Radar. For example, this song does not actually feature Julien Baker. It seems like Spotify should be able look at the other artists on the song and if there's a mismatch in popularity of artists and/or genres, then they should be able to avoid including this kind of song in Release Radars.

If you notice a track or an album on Spotify isn't playing correctly, or the information (title, cover art, release date) is incorrect, you can report this to the relevant Spotify team.
