offline mode

I have premium and can not save music offline to play when I am not in a wifi area. That's the only reason I have premium, please help....

Can you clarify some what issue you are having? Are you having issues getting music to offline using WiFi mode from your device? Can you list what device you have and also what Spotify app version you have installed on the device? Is the device a WiFi only device? If this is the case a WiFi only device, Spotify can not do much for you if you are in an area with no WiFi signal for the offline feature to work.
