panic! at the disco unplayable (us)

since i made my account back in 2020 p!atd has been unplayable? it happens with both free and premium and it really sucks bc i love their stuff. if i try to play it on desktop (windows) it says that i have to enable it in the spotify mobile app but i've checked and i have no clue where that setting could possibly be? i have most everything on other than crossfade, mono audio, and sharing my activity, so i have absolutely no clue where it could be??

is this just a me thing or an issue others have been having? i'm in the us if that helps 😕
