MAC - Playback issue both web browser and app

My Question or Issue

Just commenced a week ago - the application and web browser both are having playback issues and not continuing through playlists. It will play the single song and stop, you have to enter the system again and click onto the next song for it to play. Caches cleared, used a terminal code in a previous thread - did not work. Have re-installed the application as well as played around with all settings.

You have already tried a few of the basic troubleshooting steps, please try the following and let me know how it goes.

1. Switch the internet provider, if possible, to test.
2. Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi or vice versa.
3. Disable any Ad-Blocker/VPN/DNS service, if enabled. You can also put Spotify in the exclusions list.
4. I see you have already tried a re-installation, but try a clean-install this time to double-check.
5. Check if this happens with other media applications and websites as well, or only with Spotify.
6. Share a screen recording of the problem where the song is almost at the end, and then it doesn't play the next one. You can also share the following technical info: Spotify app version, browser name and version.

This might seem like a lot of steps, but it will help me get close to the issue. 🙂
