Hey @CapitanPako

Thanks for letting me know.
Next, we would have to remove all lines from your host's file that might be blocking Spotify.

You can do that by following these steps:

  1. Open Finder and, in Finderโ€™s menu bar, select Go > Go to Folder. In the box, type the following location: /private/etc/hosts and press return
  2. A new Finder window will open and your Macโ€™s hosts file will be selected. Click and drag it out of the Finder window and drop it on your desktop
  3. To open it, simply double-click and it will display the fileโ€™s contents in TextEdit
  4. Check for any entries with Spotify in the address
  5. If you do find any lines with Spotify, please remove them
  6. Save your changes and restart Spotify

Let me know how this goes!

Hey @CapitanPako, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

Iโ€™ve tried in every way you tell before, spotify doesnโ€™t play any track from andy playlist

Hey @CapitanPako

Thanks for trying those steps. Does this happen with one playlist or all playlist or music you listen to? Have you tried a different network connection?

Also, are you able to use the Web Player just fine?

Keep me posted.
