My Question or Issue

I’ve noticed a minor visual issue in the Spotify app. When switching between songs, the icon indicating whether a song is added to my library briefly shows the “plus” icon before updating to the “checkmark” icon, even for songs already in my library. This brief delay can be a bit distracting. I understand it’s a small detail, but I believe refining this behavior could enhance the user experience.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

Can you let me know if this happens on other devices or only in the MacBook version? Just to be sure that this isn't a bug with your app, I'd recommend you try reinstalling Spotify to see if that makes a difference. Just follow these steps.

If that doesn't do the trick, can  you send over a video of how the button behaves? Also, can you let me know which version of Spotify you're using?
