My Question or Issue

Ive beent trying to get my spotify aplication to work or play songs, since I updated a few days ago it seems it wont load the home screen text or albums just some songs off the downloaded playlist I have everything else just wont play or load, I´ve tried updating the operating system, Restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it still wont load the home page or any other music albums, the web and my phone player work just fine.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community and for the troubleshooting you've done so far.

 

You can try going through the steps listed for Mac here and check if that resolves the issue.
 

This error message might also be caused by either your network or VPN/ Firewall, blocking certain networking ports. We'd suggest that you check your firewall: Make sure that your firewall is not blocking Spotify's connection to the internet. Lastly, turn off your VPN if you're using one.

 

In case the issue persists, try connecting to another network like a mobile hotspot and check if the app loads on this network.

Thanks a lot, it seems to have been a corrupt file in the host folder its working properly now.
