Strange "heart" icons all over the UI?

Suddenly there are "heart" icons everywhere in my interface. Why?

Hi @ficholasnorneri 

Spotify pushed a new mobile UI update recently. The new heart icons work exactly the same as the previous plus and checkmarks icons - if you click them the song/album will be saved to your library.
