Everytime a song finishes an ad plays. It says I can change it in setting but I can't find anything anout it. help!

I don't think any ad would care about your settings. At least it's not something I know about. Do you get the same thing in the web player as well?

I suggest you to reinstall your Spotify client. Also, install Malwarebytes or SuperAntiSpyware (preferrably both) and scan your system, maybe some adware has seeped in.
