Album Column & Artwork Gone from Playlists

Album Column & Artwork Gone from Playlists

As of a few days ago, the 'album' column on the playlists I have created have vanished. I now only have 'title', 'artist' and the date it was added.

Additionally, the album artwork in the bottom left corner is gone (I have tried resizing the window with no luck). This is more of an issue because now there is nothing to click on to take me to that point in the playlist.

Any advice for either issue?
Thanks!

Hey @clownbaby14

That's a little strange! Let's try reinstalling Spotify to wipe out any client-side errors:

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.
2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming folders.
3. Restart your computer.

4. Install Spotify.

Note: if you run a Windows Store installation, chances are there is nothing in Appdata. Try resetting the app's data as described here (the Windows Club), and reinstall following the steps in this article.

You should get the album thumbnail back when you resize the left sidebar (where playlists and Your Library are). Hover over its right edge and drag it. 🙂

Let me know how you get on!

Did notice some artwork missing non my playlist too today, and I've done a fresh resync too! I must add too the service on here (esp for Premium) Is awful! Every single issue people have it's ALWAYS the same solution, have you tried reinstalling it? What next? Turn it off and on again? Let's have some value for money service!
